There's Something About Mary Queen of Scots is a one woman show from citizen historian Mary Fraser (played by Karen Bartke, star of BBC Scotland's Scot Squad.) Concentrating on the royal relationship between Mary and her cousin Elizabeth 1st and the parallels with her own life (she also has a cow of
a sister called Elizabeth) this is the secret history of the two most famous Queens from Britain's past. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you might even learn something (although probably not.)

Kicking off on the 14th of March and running for eighteen laughter-filled days, the Whyte & Mackay Glasgow International Comedy Festival features massive household names and some of the most exciting new acts on the comedy scene. There are hundreds of shows boasting the cream of international comedy talent and the best in home-grown humour. From stand up to sketches, from plays to kids shows - whatever you find funny you'll find something to enjoy at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival.
