Sparkly Glesga Pakistani Diabetic

Max's Basement, Glasgow.

After a successful run at the 2024 GICF and the Edinburgh Fringe as part of an ensemble stand up show, this is the debut solo outing for Zee, your local sparkly Glesga, Pakistani, diabetic who also happens to be fabulously Muslim as well as a middle aged, attention seeking, emotionally damaged, celibate, full time carer and part time drama queen. Zee has quickly formed a reputation on the local Glasgow comedy scene as a funny, loud and foul mouthed comic with a hint of substance. His intersectionality and unique stand point in life is fascinating and often hilarious as he talks about growing up as the youngest of 6 in a Pakistani household in the West End of Glasgow during the 90's while screaming out the songs of Celine Dion and obsessing over the Ladies Tennis at Wimbledon to being eternally single and being mistaken for a known terrorist. A debut show not to be missed.

This event is for 18 and over - No refunds will be issued for under 18s.
